This mixed use Building was designed for a client who wanted to have both the Office and guest house in the same space. We deployed a design strategy inspired by the modernist Ideas. The Building can be Perceived as a beautiful Blend of extrusions and niches drawn together to become a single architectural element.Access to a generously-sized terrace overlooking the rooftops, a ceiling height of just over four meters and plenty of natural light are just a few of the highlights.Located in a charming Neighborhood of Gandhidham, the apartment has been designed with unrivaled views of the city and Port.
